Here is a week at a glance of the Jordan Cross Country Clinic:

*NOTICE* Individualized mileage plans will be assigned to each athlete according to their running ability. This weekly schedule is not intended to look intimidating.

Each in-person meeting will begin with an instructional lesson focused on the weekly training including nutrition, pacing, race strategy and visits from guest speakers or sponsors.

Wednesday sessions will be an easy distance run followed by an interactive core workout. Friday sessions will have interval workouts implemented that are specifically designed to develop pacing skills that will ultimately help your athlete become comfortable at a faster race pace.
